Rankings are wonderful, and I am truly grateful for this one. But what means the most to me is what the recognition represents.

It represents the families, investors, relocating clients, second-home buyers, and longtime South Florida residents who allowed me to be part of their next chapter.

It also represents the behind-the-scenes work that people do not always see: the late calls, the early showings, the market research, the pricing conversations, the negotiation strategy, the contract details, the inspections, the follow-up, and the steady communication it takes to get a deal across the finish line.

South Florida is not just the market I work in. It is home. I grew up in this community, and I have spent my career building relationships across Bay Harbor Islands, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, and the surrounding coastal markets.
